石圪台矿回采巷道破坏特征与支护参数优化

摘要: 针对石圪台煤矿31203回采巷道围岩稳定和支护方式等问题,基于石圪台煤矿地质资料,通过现场实测和数值模拟分析的方法,对主运巷在一次采动影响下超前段的破坏特征进行研究。结果表明:31203主运巷顶板存在支护过剩现象,超前影响区约在工作面前方30m内,工作面前方15m内帮部出现非均匀破坏的特征,进而提出了顶板支护的弱化方案,保证了煤矿的安全生产,为类似的巷道围岩控制提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of roadway support and rock stability of 31203 mining face in ShiGeTai coal mining, Through field measurements and numerical simulation methods,Study on the damage characteristics of the leading section under the influence of primary mining along the main transportation laneway,The results show:the main transportation laneway’s roof support is oversupply, 30 meters ahead of the working surface is affected by it, The features of non-uniform destruction of the submarine appear within 15 meters in front of the working face, Upper and middle parts of the coal wall need to be reinforced and supported,and the weakening scheme of roof support and reinforcement scheme of coal wall support was proposed, the safe production of coal mines was ensured,andthe reference for similar roadway surrounding rock control was provided.
